Official Rules: Drawing to be conducted by at least two staff members of Animal Protection Voters (APV), and a third party witness chosen at random from those present at drawing venue: Flying Star Cafe, 723 Silver SW, Albuquerque, at 4:00 p.m. on April 7, 2009. All entries must be received by April 6, 2009. Entries and entry fees received after April 6 will be returned to the purchaser.

APV and APNM staff and board members are not eligible to enter this drawing.

The time frame for use of this time share is fixed. This drawing does not constitute a promotion of any sort for the resort property itself. Drawing attendees are welcome, but need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by phone. Prize consists of a three-night, four-day stay at Cabo Azul Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico. Airfare, meals, taxes, transportation, gratuities not included. This raffle is a fundraiser for Animal Protection Voters, a 501(c)(4) animal advocacy nonprofit based in Albuquerque, NM. Ticket purchases or other donations to APV are not tax deductible.
