Animal Protection Voters has just released their endorsements for the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Land Office, Sheriffs and legislative offices for the upcoming primary election and general election.  These offices are critical to further the protections of all animals in the state.

Consider this:  It took almost every single one of the above-mentioned offices to help pass a ban on cockfighting in the state in 2007.  The legislators who voted to pass the ban, the Sheriffs and Attorney General who came to the capitol to support and pledged to enforce the ban, the Lieutenant Governor to support the ban and the Governor to sign the ban.  And that is just one example of how all of these offices work in conjunction to get such a critical law passed for animal protection.
